Description of Work: I needed a new thermostat and they took advantage of the fact that it was quite cold outside and we had two babies in the house. The heating system was shut down since the thermostat was inoperative. The person handling the order did not give me any choice of thermostat and sold me a $560 thermostat (installed) telling me that this was the only thermostat that would work with my system. Previously they had installed the heater and used a less expensive thermostat that worked fine until it fried out.

Description of Work: Package special to clean air ducts, filters and maintenance check of washer/dryer. Both scheduler and tech were courteous. Technician was prompt and answered my questions.

Description of Work: The technician was very thorough, cleaning the dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposer.

Description of Work: Replaced two A/C and furnaces with Trane HVAC... very impressed with our experience with Command Service. Steve Miliken was very easy to work with and extremely professional. The installation went very well and we felt the price was fair. We will use Command Service in the future.

Description of Work: I thought it was a leak from the washing machine. He saw the water, checked the washing machine thoroughly, but could find no leak. Just as he was writing up the bill, water appeared again, but he saw it was from the water heater. He made an adjustment to a drain pipe and solved the problem.

Description of Work: Cleaned washer, dryer, and dryer vent. Has been problem free since. Arrived on time and completed the job satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Replaced two new high efficiency furnaces and air conditioners as well as a new heating cooling system for our spare room ( that is not attached to the whole house heating and cooling systems. They also installed a programable thermostat. There service was great. We live in a 70+ year old home . They gave us several choices and price points. Have done the servicing for us. We are extrememly satisfied with their professionalism, attention to detail and interest that we are happy with the products they sold us. We continue to use them for yearly servicing of the units. A first class company.

Description of Work: This is a very easy company to work with from Mary who scheduled my service to Jeff who did the work. Very professional, quality work by nice people. The Kitchen Appliance Maintenance Package is a great deal to keep appliances running well. From my experience, I would encourage other customers to utilize this compny.

Description of Work: Command Service has been to my rescue a couple of times before and they were great! This time because I thought my water leak was from around. My furnace I called them first and they were able to come the next day. They looked the problem over and said that it was not in their expertise and gave me suggestions of who to call. They put things back and did not charge me for the call out!!!! They are honest and reliable. What more do you want!
