the toilet was broken. Went first to plumbing supplier to purchase a new one (bathroom is harvest gold so we could not buy one off the shelf), and they suggested first getting a plumber to see if it could be fixed. We were having company soon, and we needed the toilet, but believed the supplier and did not order the toilet. Called Myer's the same day. They are in a small town about ten miles from us. After nearing nothing for a week, we called back. They said they were busy and would call back. A few days later they called and made an appointment to come out. When the guy got there, he said that nothing could be done and left. We just received a bill for $71.25 for a ten-minute drive each way and no service. We had to cancel our company and order a new toilet. We made the mistake by not ordering the toilet immediately, but their lack of responsiveness was appalling and 71 bucks for a 20-minute drive with no service excessive.
