Professional Certified Firm providing full-service carpet cleaning and flood restoration. Serving The Magic Valley, Wood River and Burley since 1976. Our mission:to provide the most outstanding service experience ever - guaranteed. We charge per square foot with package pricing available and there is no travel charge for clients within our service area. We are a locally owned, family operated business with some employees outside the family as well. We do background checks on all employees. There is no business license required in the state of Idaho but we do carry workers comp. you may drop off your rugs or blinds @ 720 N Main Ste A, Bellevue or @ 127 Filer Ave Suite 300, Twin Falls - for your convenience we sell rug pad, specialty spotters such as Vets Trust and Spot Out, we also carry Scotchguard, carpet groomers, pro-glides these items located at the twin falls store.

Phone call 30 min. prior to appt. time to say they are coming. Arrived 10 min. prior to scheduled time. Courteous. Detailed explanations of process. 2 persons worked steadily x 1 1/2 hours. Walk through after cleaning to assure what was done.

I always use Valley Steam to clean our carpets on my personal residence and our rentals. They are always quick to schedule and arrive at the arranged time. Their punctuality is always something that I rely on and am thankful for. Their employees are very professional and courteous. The latest rental had very dirty carpets in the living area and they were able to get the spots out and everything looked as good as new when finished. I also had them steam clean the mini blinds. This is a fantastic service that is worth every penny spent. Top notch company with top notch employees.

Called, made an appointment for estimate. She came out and to measure, gave me a presentation on what they do on a flip chart. Explained the protectant and gave me a quote. I made appointment for the next Friday. They called me the day before to remind me and they showed up early! Two guys came and were very careful about the wood floors laying cloth tarps under all their equipment hoses. They were done in 2 hrs. He had me look at the carpets before he gave me the receipt. Also left booties if I needed to walk on the carpets before they were dry.

The consultation and service went very well. Everyone I met from the company was professional and friendly. The carpets were actually stain free which I didn't think was possible, and the pet odor treatment really helped out.

It went well. Technician was overly prompt. I had appointment for his arrival between 12:30 and 1:30. I was returning from out of town and arrived at 12:29, hoping that it would be business as usual, closer to 1:30 when they arrived. He actually arrived at 11:45. The company had my cell phone but didn't call it. Technician was cheerful, not rude about my being late. My husband and I quickly moved most of the furniture and he was able to start immediately.

the technician, came with a great attitude, and was very thorough, he checked for trouble spots, and any area's that may have been a problem, and pre vacuumed, the house, and spot checked. he was very clean and ,worked steady the whole time.. our carpet is 25years old, and it looks like great still!! And two weeks later our old dog, had a accident on the carpet, while I was out of town, and when I got home, I found it, I called Mr. Steam's, and they came out and recleaned the carpet for minimal charge, they gave us our money's worth of care and service. Sad to say the dog died. But the carpet still looks great!

GREAT! I would recommend them to anyone. They do good quality work and its timely. They came in and bid the office. We scheduled a couple days later on a day that worked best for us since we have patients they came in when we were closed. They did exactly what they said they would do and exceeded the expectations. They are coming back to do the hard surfaces here soon. I enjoyed doing business with them and would recommend them to my family and friends.

PERFECT! The only thing better than the carpet cleaning experience was the professionalism in this organization from the intial contact with Kelly, the scheduling with Angela, and the actual work which was done by Kyle. A truly professional team and the results achieved by Kyle were outstanding - this was a surprise for my wife and she was totally delighted at the results. Thanks!
