 + -1 moreRoss was at my house within 1/2 hour of my call in the early evening and was very professional. My Heater is 15 years old and has had several parts replaced over the years. The trouble indicated a faulty limit switch. Ross replaced this and instructed me in the procedure if the problem should happen again. He was very helpful in answering all my questions regarding the problem and heater life span and approx replacement costs. In the possible near future I will probably need to replace my unit and would probably have Budget Air do the job.
