CROOKED DJWPROPERTY MANEGEMENT TAKE NOTE WE HAVE ONLY BEEN IN OUR RENTAL FOR 4 MONTHS the worst property management company in the world they crooked and screw both the tenant and the property owner. you can not make a payment without incurring a 50 dollar charge and they charge 50 dollars for a late fee 6 days after your due date even if you give them notice of the delay and on top of that they charge another 50 dollars for sending notice via phone call. CROOKS CROOOKS CROOKS. we had the water heater burn out and it needed replacement, after multiple calls to djw with no results we found the owners number using the county registry and got it replaced, the owner told us not to call them because we wont get anything from them. after the water heater was replaced we got a random notice on the door for house inspection less than 2 months into our lease they assured us it was to protect our interest, because there where prior issues with the house before we rented, the notice stated to call them and set up an appointment I called twice, and left messages, I never got a call back. then about a week later we get a knock on the door early in the morning, we are all sleeping still and took us a minute to get to the door. meanwhile the lady has already let herself in at this point I was quite mad and sent her on her way and told her to set an appointment. TAKE NOTE WE HAVE ONLY BEEN IN OUR RENTAL FOR 4 MONTHS AND HAVE ALREADY GONE THROUGH THIS MUCH B.S.
