Su is the type of guy you want to work on your house. He knows his stuff and serves with a smile. He was recommended to my by my HVAC guy, Nat at Flash HVAC. Both of these guys will be my go-to long into the future.

I contacted the owner, Soubanh, on the day that our counters were being installed. We made an appointment for that afternoon for an estimate. He was very prompt and professional, even texting me to confirm the appointment. He was able to begin work immediately to fix the leak from the upstairs bathtub. Fortunately, it just required that a worn out drain gasket be replaced in the tub. Next he started to install the new kitchen plumbing. At that time he discovered that we had a leak from one of the valves under the sink, so he had to obtain the correct parts, and then completed the job the next day. Considering the time and materials (which included the new disposal), the cost seemed very reasonable. I feel that Soubanh was very honest, professional, and did a great job.

He came out to look at a dripping problem I thought I had. I was unable to duplicate the problem, but he checked out the water meter and the crawl space to determine if there was any water leakage.
