I called the office and was delighted with the conversation we had. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and easy to talk to. She set up a service call the next day. The service technician showed up right on time, was very knowledgeable and informative, an absolute joy to work with. He fixed my problem and honored the discount I was promised on the phone. I am very impressed with this company, and I will definitely call them again.

Our A/C unit, which was less than 3 years old, started making a loud noise, The company that installed the unit (actually the company that took over the business of the original installer) came out and said the motor was bad. They replaced the motor, but the unit was still making noise. They replaced the fan blades. The noise was still audible. They said they'd tested everything and it was running okay, but they'd come out and check sometime. It got hot over the weekend, the unit was making noise, and when we set the thermostat to 75, the temp in the house was still 79. I read reviews for other companies here, and chose Advanced Heating & Cooling because of the reviews and because they sell the kind of A/C we have. I couldn't believe how quickly the problem was diagnosed (wiring wasn't correct) and then I expected to pay a lot of $, but was only charged $30. This problem has dogged us for weeks so I'm very happy. An awesome company!

Joe was professional and friendly, providing suggestions and a bid over the phone. Two technicians came to the house, after giving me a courtesy call indicating they were on their way. They completed the job quickly and efficiently and were very friendly. Great experience overall. During my interaction with all involved - including Angie at the office - it was evident to me customer service excellence is a priority for this company. I would use them again without hesitation.

I called to get an estimate on repairing or replacing a EAC unit in a house we planned on purchasing. Joe mentioned that all I had to do was purchase a media filter for it instead of spending a large amount of money on getting a new unit. I really appreciated his honesty and will be calling them to do any services in the future. Thank you!

The 2 man crew finished the job in timely manner and they did an AWESOME job. I am very pleased with the overall service (they were also very clean). I will definitely refer this company to my family and friends. Other than that, I do not have any negative comments.

I was really pleased with the work. The tech was fast and efficient. He made sure I knew how to run the thermostat. I asked him a couple quick questions. He actually gave me two options, told me the pros and cons, and recommended what I needed based on my system. He was very straightforward. I appreciated that.

I am a first-time home buyer and closed on my house less than 2 weeks ago. I was trying to replace my thermostat for my heating and air-conditioning system with a programable thermostat to reduce energy costs. I actually installed it correctly, but some how blew a fuse in the heater in the process. After hours of trying to figure out what I did wrong and not having any luck I took my son to an old neighbor's house and went to the website of the manufacturer of the thermostat and found no additional help there. It was about 2:30am when I decided I needed a profesional to help. I actually signed up for Angie's List and found that Advanced Heating and Cooling was highly recomended and had 24 hr service. I have to hand it to David, the poor guy that was on for 24 hr calls. He was very patient (by this time I was an emotional wreck) and went step-by-step over everything I had done including wire color's and what they are for. He did a rough diagnostic and gave me worst case senarios (which I greatly appreciate....I would rather know what I am potentially up against). He said he would have one of the office people call me in the morning to get a technician out the next day. I actually called @ 8:00am when they opened not giving David a chance to relay the message. They were able to schedule me for the same morning.......very impressive. Justin called 15 min before he arrived, checked my wiring, went through what I had done (asked if I had cut power before install), went to the furnace, pulled the fuse, showed me where it was located, replaced the fuse, and left me a spare. He did a quick run over the system to be sure it was working properly and was done in less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed with the overall performance of the company (from my call to David early in the morning, the office personnel and their profesionalism, to the quick troubleshooting of Justin in the field) and they are now in my phone directory on my cell. I will recommend Advanced Heating and Cooling to anyone that asks ........ as far as customer service, knowledge, and professionalism is concerned they have definitly won a return customer with me. There is no one else out there as far as I am concerned.

They are A plus! It was an excellent experience. They came at a shorter time than they originally indicated. He came about fifteen minutes after I called him. He checked everything and changed the batteries. He didn't even charge me for the batteries he provided. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is an excellent tech. He is the one I will recommend to anyone. I even called inquiring about their maintenance plan so I can continue business with them in the future.

We use them all the time and I would recommend them. We have used them for years and we keep using them. The reason we keep using them is because they are reliable and they are good about showing up on time and we have never had issues with the services they have done. I would recommend them.They have also delivered filters to us for free when they were in the area if that’s all we need. They will drop them off when ever they are near by.

Soon after a very nice guy was knocking on the door. The repair took less than 30 minutes, and there is heat coming out of the vents! Yah!! I would recommend this company over all of the other heating companies in the area. It seems like each one of them wants to price gouge you whenever they can. (Extra fee for late in the day or weekend etc...) Not so with Advanced heating. No extra charges. Just come, fix it, smile and go! I feel we really got lucky today!

The original service was scheduled for 6/22/11 but we were called by Advanced Heating to reschedule for 7/1 as they tried to work within our scheduled. We were called 30 mins before arrival and everything went well. Our outdoor unit was cleaned and serviced with additional freon. Total time took about an hour.

Having to replace a furnace and air conditioner is never a " fun " experience. However, after meeting with 5 different contracters, I selected Advanced Heating to handle the job. I could not be more pleased with the entire purchase and installation process. Everyone in the organization was truley customer focused and went out of their way to accomdate my every request. Not that spending this amount of money is ever pleasant but Advanced Heating & Cooling certainly eased the pain. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for help with their heating and air conditing problems..

The job went very well. The man was on time and did a very neat clean job.

They did an excellent job. They requested for some donation for some charity from their work and that was one the nicest thing that I liked about them. They came in and did the work that they were supposed to do. They were very helpful and they explained what it was and I have nothing wrong to tell about them. I would rate them high overall. Their price was very good. I would us them again in the future.

They are good. They came in when they were supposed to. They came in a timely manner. They charged what they said they would charge, they didn?t overcharge me. I would use them in the future.

The fan went out in our air conditioning unit while we were on vacation. When we got home I called the next morning and someone was there that afternoon (which is what I requested in order to meet work obligations). We thought it was the fan but he checked other less expensive possibilities first. The fan that needed replaced was the larger of the two types it could have been and although the repair was expensive, I felt it was a fair price for the part as well as the service.

It went very well. I called first thing in the morning and they had a service person out to my house within 4 hours. They called me before they came so I could get home from work. He was very prompt and professional. As he worked through the issues, he explained what he was and was not seeing and why it may or may not be the issue. When he did find the cause of the issue, he explained what happened and what I should do to prevent something similar from happening in the future. He needed one part and had it in his truck. Things were fixed and cleaned up in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable for parts and labor. Overall, I was very grateful for the quality of service I received. I have not had any problems since that day.

It went very well. They came out immediately, arrived on time, and charged a reasonable price for their services. I really enjoyed that I didn't have to take time off of work.

Good. Work was completed as instructed & we were given a Realtor discount. Everyone that we worked with was very friendly.

This was the first time we had used their services. This company had worked on our unit before we lived in this house so we had called them when we started smelling something burnt. It turned out that there were no leaks but the gas monitor had been turned up to high. The service man who came out was very friendly and explained things carefully and he did not quit until he found the problem. They did not charge us for the service because they were the last ones to work on the unit.
