Woke up on a cold a.m. without furnace working...called Advanced and repairman was here by noon. Explained what was wrong before continuing with repair. I am pleased with the professional service.

He looked at my air conditioner and told me that there was a part that need replaced and it would be $400. I could not afford to do it right away so he showed me how to start the fan if it stopped which allowed me to at least get through the rest of the summer.

It turned out fine. I have no complaints. They did decent work, there were no problems. It cost me an extra $150 beyond the big deal amount. They were on time.

Just a straightforward furnace inspection. No issues. The serviceman was knowledgeable and courteous.

A week ago we learned a hard lesson about heat pumps and how they are to operate in frigid temperatures. Our lack of knowledge led to a costly repair for us. We used Advanced Heating and Cooling a couple of years ago to do a tune up on our system, and we loved the service from them even then. When the technician showed up to diagnose our problem, he was very thorough and honest in his assessment. Two different technician's came to the house to install the new heat pump, coil and thermostat. They were prompt, courteous and very respectful of our home. Temperatures were very cold outside, but both guys didn't complain once and completed all the work in a very reasonable amount of time considering the conditions. I would very much recommend Advanced Heating and Cooling to anyone I know needing any type of service to their heating or cooling systems.

Advanced Heating recently installed a new furnace in my home. They were very easy to work with and had a very reasonable price. I would use them again.

Ben Frisbee, called, showed up on time as promised. Came prepared, knew exactly what to do, quickly assessed our equipment, etc. and did the pre-winter maintenance, replaced filters, checked for carbon monoxide, repaired ductwork under the house that had become disconnected. Advance were very nice to deal with on the phone, Ben was very professional, friendly and courteous, and respectful of our home; answered questions about a possible furnace replacement in the future, answered them, but we appreciated his not pressuring us to do it at this time.

Found zero defects and surprised me with no charge.

Very well. Though the office did not schedule us right away, (as hinted at), the repair man came the next day, right on time. He was very personable and professional and they had offered a good discount coupon on Angie's List reducing the price of a repair visit. Though he was unfamiliar with the coupon, he accepted it readily and applied the discount.

Excellent. Called Thursday and they were there the next day.

Advanced Heating and Air quickly determined the problem and fixed it. they also replaced all air filters, drained a clogged condensation line and gave me some instruction on maintaining the A/C. I was very happy with the services provided and the willingness to provide same day service. another company wanted me to wait for four days for them to address the problem and when your A/C is out in 100 degree + weather you don't want to wait. Advanced Heat and A/C was quick, professional and was fair on price.

I called Advanced Heating and Cooling about 9:00am on Monday morning. They were able to get a technician out the same day which made me very happy as we had been without air conditioning in 95 degree weather since Friday night. It only took him a few minutes to find the bad capacitor and replace it. He told me the motor was bad and might not come back on once it shut itself off but t he showed me how to get it started again if that happened. I really could not afford the $400 for the motor so I decided to try and get by the rest of summer and replace the motor next spring. I was very happy with the technician and how quickly they were able to come out and diagnosis the problem. I will definitely call them next spring to get that motor replaced and for any other heating and cooling needs.

They were professional, knowledgeable and personable. Easy to talk to and answered all our questions throughout the install. Workmanship was good.

The appointment was made first thing Monday morning even though the unit stopped working on Saturday due to the fact that we did not want to incur weekend charges. The earliest they could schedule us was between 2-5 on Wednesday, so we checked other service providers and Advanced had the only available appointment during this week. Being that the temps were pushing the upper 90's all week we were excited that they could get it in this week so we went with Advanced. On the day of the appointment, we waited between 2 and 5, Placed a call at 5:10 as they were not here yet just wanting to make sure they did not forget us and let them know we were still waiting but understood that they were very busy at this time of year. The provider, David, showed up within the next 5 minutes and went right to work. He had the problem diagnosed, repaired, and retested within the next 15 minutes. He was extremely professional and courteous, left us the part and explained the what was done. The whole service call took less than 30 minutes and our air was back to functioning perfectly. About 45 minutes after he left the owner of the company called us to confirm that the service provider had showed up and that we were happy with the repair. Great follow up and great results. Will call them again for any future service repair needs.

The house, built in the mid 70's, has the original furnace. The A/C unit was replaced in late 80's. The fan blows continually. We thought the switch was the problem but tech advised it was the controller card. The cost of replacing the controller card was cost prohibitive. He then checked the A/C. The unit was low on refrigerant. He refilled.

Kirt the technician we had was very friendly and professional. Super patient with all the questions asked, even by the 5 year old, and gave very thorough explanations! He was very conversational, even when busy, to build the extra rapport. I assess customer service for a living, and the experience Kirt provided was truly exceptional! He came in, identified the 2 problems very quickly, and worked to correct them. Got them fixed and gave suggestions on how we can keep up our system better in the future! Will definitely call them if we need any assistance in the future!

The gentleman who served us was well qualified, polite, and very kind. Work was done efficiently and well. No problems with heater at all since the visit

Technician was on time, gave an Angie's List discount price for base price, and communicated with us thoroughly about the problem. The problem was corrected and future problems were prevented with a replacement part. Very courteous and pleasant attitude and efficient. Had everything working again in less than an hour. We will call Advanced Heating and Cooling again when there is a need. Very impressed with the whole experience.

My experience with Advanced Heating and Cooling was excellent. I called them while shopping around for a technician to do an inspection and tune-up of my water heater and HVAC. Not only did they offer a very reasonable price, they were able to schedule a service call for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and polite. Furnace: He replaced the filter, recommended I replace the filter quarterly because of my specific model, told me of a place to buy the filters at the best price, checked for presence of any carbon monoxide, checked heat exchange, gas pressure, clean flame sensor, motor amps, temperature rise, blower cleanliness, and age of unit. A/C unit: He checked suction PSI, discharge PSI, super heat, sub cooling, OD temp, ID temp, SA temp, contactor cleanliness, compressor amps, fan motor amps, coil cleanliness, and age of unit. System: He checked the digital thermostat for correct operation. Water Heater: The original plan was for me to pay an additional $30 for a water heater flush. However, after inspection he noted that because of the age of the water heater and the fact that it had not been flushed since installation, a flush would risk clogging things up. He could have just done the flush without comment to earn a little more money but instead chose to do what was best for me. He was even willing to check the fan motor draw and electrical connections at my request when I mentioned that it sometimes seemed a little loud. He did not find any problems with it and charged me no additional fee for the effort. He let me know that the water heater had passed its expected life span but was still running well. This was an experience where the technician clearly put the customer first. The price of the service was very reasonable and exactly as we had agreed when I requested it. I will certainly do business with Advanced Heating and Cooling again.

Went great! Tech arrived sooner than quoted and called first. Was at my door within 10 minutes and did a thorough job troubleshooting the issue. Fixed and was gone within 30 minutes!

When we went through the bidding process I was pleasantly surprised to find that Advanced Heating and Cooling was bidding a higher quality product than I originally thought. We acquired 3 separate bids. Each bidder was allowed to bid the product that they thought was best for them. Each was told that I prefer that the appliances be slightly oversized rather than slightly undersized because of past experiences and medical issues in our home. As it turned out York had a promotion running that permitted Advanced Heating and Cooling to have the better bid. In addition to having had much experience with the bidding process in the past, I also consulted Angie's List and the BBB when I decided who to get bids from. I also consulted family and friends about their recommendations. All of the bidders, Jim's Heating and Cooling, A-1 Heating and Cooling, and Advanced Heating and Cooling were very cordial and all of them kept every commitment. Each of them was equally cordial when they were notified of the results. There is one other Company that I have asked for bids on two separate occasions and neither time have they responded. The technicians from Advanced Heating and Cooling were very courteous. I had some special requests that they readily accommodated. Our home was built in 1995 and still had the original appliances in place. We replaced our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater all at the same time. They completed the work very satisfactorily in less than a day. We have been running the furnace & water heater steadily for about a month now and we have had no problems. The Company followed up several times to make sure that everything was satisfactory. One of the follow-up visits was at my request because I mistakenly identified moisture at the base of the furnace. Justin examined what I had thought to be moisture and explained to me that it was simply the sealer that they had used. While he was here he looked at the rest of the system to verify that everything was working properly.
