Description of Work: I have no idea who this person is. And have no recollection of working with them in any aspect. Aparently he is a real estate agent. I was looking for a home months ago and possibly may have had very little contact if at all. As far as I can tell he is just fishing for reviews.

He handled all aspects of the transaction, from initial viewing to negotiating the price, arranging for the home inspection, following up on required repairs, and all aspects of the closing. He made it a quick and painless process. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: We were looking to return to Boise after many years of living on the East Coast and needed a real estate agent in the area. We needed to narrow down our choices while still living outside the area, so an effective internet website was essential. After looking at a number of real estate internet sites in the Boise area that ranged from adequate to mediocre to outright shameful, we found Bill Clark's Earthpoint.us website. It's an excellent integration of MLS data with Google Earth/Google maps that allowed to to quickly narrow down our choices and find a house that we purchased.
