I asked for one unit, upstairs, he said I needed two units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, and I repeatedly said "No, I only want upstairs, heat rises, etc." He insisted on pricing out both units, and I repeatedly said no, I only want the upstairs, and finally caved to getting a price for both units. (which were the same and 25% higher than the competition). I said I'll take the upstairs unit period. A few weeks later, he installed the downstairs unit, and said that's what I said I wanted, and refused to return any money, or correct the mistake. Cost me $6000 and ton of anger.
