Zach Davis and Cody Riggs did a great job. They did a thorough walk through on our roof and in our attic and explained all the problems and solutions very well. They did everything they could to get us the best deal and answered all of our questions to the best of their ability.

Kaleb was able to meet with us and get a quote within a matter of 24 hours. We called several other roofers prior to contacting Kaleb. We were told they were all over extended into the fall of this year they would not be able to assist us. Kaleb assured us they would be able to repair our roof before winter. Can’t was very professional and explained all roofing charges in a manner that we could understand. Our house is located in the remote, very small, rule area. We are thrilled to be able to find a company that is willing to work with us and our location. We look forward to working with this organization in the future.

Richard and Jacob were excellent at explaining the goods and services they and DeBella provide. Their professionalism and understanding of their products are well ingrained in the obvious professional training they received. They were a pleasure to deal with and felt comfortable at all times of their presentation.

Jacob impressed us with the quality of the 3 pane windows. 50 year coverage on the windows. No heat transfer through the panes, wow, house will be so much cooler when installed. Also impressed watching him bounce up and down on the window while it was sitting on the floor. transparent, honest, and friendly. very knowledgeable. Will probably do other windows and sliding door at a later date. Financing through the company is better than through many other sources. Impressed by the ability to configure and clean the window. Really need to take an honest look at these windows if your in the market.

The work has not yet begun, but i wanted to say That the Sales Rep. That was sent by the company, far exceeded my expectation He was prompt, called ahead, dressed very well, wore company logo shirt. Clean shaven, very polite. Could have been my Grandson.. professional, knew the product, how to measure, do the calculations, very respectful.. help me with my questions, walked me thru all the finances, waz very through, did not rush me, took all the time to make me satisfied.. I recommend very highly MR. Dave Cook. As this companys sales man.

It went very well. I was skeptical at first, but Andrew (From Blackfoot, ID) really knew if stuff and was very professional. He definitely knows his product and is very polite and friendly. I liked talking with him because his knowledge and his direct, to the point answers.

WORK WAS COMPLETED VERY PROFESSIONALLY.

The sub contractors were great however REVE FELL down on the job. The sales man did not know his a** from a hole in the ground. He promised very much that we're not going to be delivered . He mis understood very much of what was to be done . This was all straightened out with his boss for a bit more money. We called their office very many time and calls were not returned. The job representative just said she was new for her excuse. We delayed the job for 2 weeks and then they delayed the job for 1 and 1/2 months. I wont go into any more details.

The salesman Travis was very knowledgeable, helpful with questions and explained everything in detail. The installer and his crew did an excellent installation, clean and professional. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and the work preformed.

High pressure sales tactics reminiscent of timeshare sales weekends. You know, start our high, go lower, call someone, go lower. Yeah. 800 Square foot ranch house, over $16000, then $14000, then $13200. Again, it's an 800 square foot ranch.

Sheila did a great job! She was very knowledgeable about the product and was happy to help with any questions we had. She worked quickly to get the financing and installation set up for us. She was punctual and professional for all our phone calls/meetings. They are not cheap windows, but the price is well worth it for the quality, warranty, and installation. The windows turned out beautiful and we are very happy! I would highly recommended these guys.

The roofs look beautiful. The warranty on the product is excellent. Skylar works very hard to make the customer feel satisfied. The roofing people were absolutely awesome. Lance, Jeremy & Danny were 3 of the hardest workers I have ever seen. Perfectionists. Kept the property clean while they worked and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

The young man, Skylar, that came out and spoke with me was very kind and polite. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable about the product and truthful about cost.

Reve Exteriors has been a real pleasure to work with. They were honest and straight forward, qualities that are very much appreciated. They were very willing to work with us. Working with Reve Exteriors has been a terrific experience.

Estimator was very early and I almost wasn't home yet. After inspecting my roof, I was told that "if" I signed today, I'd get all kinds of discounts. My home is a single level home of 1664 sq. ft, including the garage, and has a low pitched roof. His quote was over $16,000 for my small roof! He told me that my roof was really big and that if anyone that could replace my roof for much less than that, they would do a lousy job. He then figured in the discounts and informed me he could get the price down to a little over $14,000. I told him that was still way too pricey and he then informed me that if I didn't accept his discounts right then, that it wasn't worth his time to come back if I changed my mind.... Needless to say, I escorted him to the door. Other estimators may not use such high pressure sales tactics but after that fiasco, I'll never find out I guess.

Estimate and session was professional and Kaleb Bowers did a fantastic job of presenting the material and quality of Reve Exteriors.

Our reps were Quinn Earley and Skylar Smythe. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the product that they were selling and were friendly and good to answer all of our questions.

Sales people were freindly and professional. They did however neglect to mention they sub contract out jobs so you do not deal with rev directly, which was a pain. Did, still do have questions on the work performed but we still cannot get a hold of reve. The communication between reve and contractors is unreliable. I suppose they got paid so no need to help anymore.

Even better than expected! Fulfilled all promises without problem.
