 + -1 moreVery poorly. I have been a customer with this bank for many years. They used to be good and take care of their customers. I recently had a situation where a check was expired and they missed it and they ended up charging me $60.00 in fees for the privilege of being a customer. I was very disappointed that despite explaining the situation they choose not to reverse the fees. Their response was "well we followed all the federal guidelines". I don't care what the federal guidelines are. I just don't want to be ripped off. If you can't get a response to a rational argument at a local credit union then what's the point in banking with a local institution. I would recommend going else where. I bank with ING direct (now capital one 360 unfortunately) also and I've never been charged a crazy fee because they've set up there systems to make sure you don't fail as a customer and get crazy unreasonable fees. Go elsewhere!
