Manny and his crew were amazing. Throughout the entirety of this project , I have been impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, quality and flat out hustle. The project evolved and I added work as it became clear that Manny and Ivan and the crew could pretty much take care of anything needed and for a fair price. What started as a simple interior/exterior/flooring redo expanded to include cabinets, landscaping, siding repair, fence repair, tree/stump removal, debris clean up, etc. Even with delays caused by weather, Mannyâ s team made up for lost time and met all deadlines. The team swarmed, got everything done, and left the place squeaky clean. The quality of the work was also appreciated. The unaffiliated home inspector commented several times in his inspection report that the siding repair and paint were very well done and would last. My realtor, who has seen a few restoration projects, was extremely impressed with the rapid progress and final product. Manny was prompt and thorough in his communications which was key as we live out of state and mostly managed this project with phone calls and texts and FaceTime. I am so glad I happened on Lagunas in my search for help. I would absolutely recommend them for any project you are considering.The property has been transformed.

I had to have my house painted in a short amount of time. Manny with Lagunas responded immediately and the job was finished 3 days after I reached out. The team of 7 guys were incredibly efficient in getting the power washing, prepping, and painting done. When the job was finished, I found two minor (nit-picky) things that I wanted the team to take care of. Without a second thought, Manny agreed to resolve them quickly and I feel that my exterior is flawless now. They even went the extra mile in repairing some issues on the siding and my garage door. I would recommend Lagunas to anyone.

So fast and responsive Easy to work with Clean!

Very professional from start to finish. I have a 35 year old stucco house that had a lot of cracks and a few damaged areas. They showed up Monday evening to power wash the house. Manny and his team arrived early Tuesday morning to start repairs and painting. They finished the whole job by Wednesday evening. The team was hard working and they were genuinely friendly.

The direct fact to face interaction with Manny from the initiation of the wood deck project to the completion was extremely positive. He answered our questions, requests and was timely. The project was completed as requested and met our expections of a job "well done".

From the very beginning, everything was extremely professional. Manny came over and gave us a solid quote and the estimated time it would take. When it was time to start the process, they got there right on time, prepped everything well, and went about painting the entire interior of our house perfectly. It was done exactly within the allotted time given in the quote and the price remained the same as we agreed upon (no surprise fees or increases).
