Removed Wall paper and applied texture to walls before painting them. Service was efficient and the team worked cheerfully and were pleasant. Also fixed a couple of other small problems for me and were very helpful.

Manny and his crew were very professional in their job of painting my bedrooms and laundry room. They showed up when they said they would and got right to work. In one day they were finished with the bedrooms and came back the next morning to finish the laundry room. The only time they stopped working was for lunch, very neat and tidy cleaning up after themselves.When they were done, they picked up all of their equipment and left to their next appointment. I would recommend them for any painting job that you have! Thank you, Manny and crew!!

I called 3 companies for a quote and Lugunas was the most responsive and best value out of the 3. Manny was consultative and helpful and committed to completing the project before Christmas. His crew arrived on time and worked diligently for 2 days to get it done. I am looking forward to having the Lagunas team come out and paint the exterior of my house in the Spring.

I received a call from Lagunas less than 5 minutes after I requested a quote on Angie. They sent a crew to evaluate the project within 2 hours, and they started and completed the job that day. Fast, polite, knowledgeable, and talented!

I had a great experience with Lagunas Painting. Manny, the owner was great to work with. They did a great job in a timely manner. Even after the work was done and they were paid, they contacted me to see if they could come by and do any touch ups that I might need. I will definitely hire them for future painting projects!

Had them do a kitchen/dining and a LOT of doors. Very fast, efficient and affordable. Had some small issues after the first day, Manny heard about it, called me up and the guys returned the very next day to touch up a couple spots, no charge. Very responsive and quick. The whole team obviously cares about customer satisfaction. With the way they back up their work, i would use them again in the future

I Hired Lagunas Painting LLC to paint my house. I meet with Manny (Emmanuel Lagunas) on August 12 at noon and we went over all of the outside of the house in detail and what I needed to have done to take care of some of the old paint problems that I had on the house. Along with the cracking paint on the back door frames around the glass. Manny said it was no problem and they could take care of it. I paid Lagunas Painting LLC to paint my house on September 6,7 2022 in the amount of $4,353.00. After only 2 days the paint on the sides of my house started cracking and peeling badly. I have several areas where it was never even painted at all. The old paint was not cleaned off and they just tried to paint over it with the new paint. They painted over the spider web nests up under the eves and didn't paint all the way down to the bottom of the boards on the house. They didn't paint my gutters the right color and they didn't even paint them all the way. I have brush stroke marks on my front door where they tried to touch it up. They left blobs of caulking on the house, gutters and then just painted over the top of it. They got paint over spray on my cedar wood fence, tried to clean it with paint thinner and ruined it and to top it off they didn't tell me about it. I will have to have an area of the fence replaced. They got paint over spray all over my air conditioner as well. I have caulking and paint over several areas of my concrete. It's like they just didn't cover things or pay attention to where they were painting. They were defiantly rushing around trying to get the job done by the end of the second day as I was home to see it. I also watched them place caulking in some areas and paint right over the top of it with NO drying time and this is not right according to the directions. When I finally got ahold of Manny (Emmanuel Lagunas) Rep for the company he said they would fix it. I told him he needed to come see all the problems I have before he has the crew come over. While I waited for him to come over to the house I had gone to Sherwin and Williams paint store to get professional paint advice/help on what I needed to have done to my house to have it fixed correctly. I showed them the pictures I took of the house and they said it wasn't prepared properly first before painting. They gave me 2 names of professional painters that they recommend to their customers. I called the 2 professional painters and had them come to my house and look at it and give me an estimate of what has to be done to fix it properly. I have the 2 estimates. When Manny Lagunas did come on September 12 at around 7:00 pm, I showed him all the pictures that I had taken of all the problems I have. He said he could fix it. They could touch it up. We walked all around the house as I showed him the problems. I told him the whole house has to be repainted as the paint that is cracking and peeling has to be removed (scrapped) and primed before repainting. I told him about the other estimates and what the other painters said as well as Sherwin Williams paint store. I gave him a letter stating all the problems with the paint job along with asking him for a refund. He then said he understands why I don't want him to touch up the areas that are needed but asked me to â invoice himâ for the next paint job I will have to pay for. I told him that didn't make sense and I just want my money back. I asked for my refund to be given back to me in 1 week. I have had NO response. I have over 60 pictures showing the problems with the terrible paint job that they did. My Mom was at my home the whole time it was being painted and saw the same things I did. I just want others to know what kind of â Bad Businessâ they are doing so other clients wonâ t have to go through this.
