The paint crew was good. Evon was easy to talk with and followed instructions. Most of the workers do not speak English. I wasn't happy when one of the workers was cooking his lunch in one of the bedrooms over an open flame propane burner and set off all of my fire alarms. If they offer to move your furniture from one home to another, pass. They didn't protect any of the furniture causing damage/gouges to several pieces.

They did multiple repairs throughout the house and painted it. Good job!

Manny came out and provided us with a quote. He also helped us find different trade partners to do some additional work (gutters/shingles). He was very professional and knowledgeable from the start. He was very detailed in everything they would be doing.

A on a Monday a couple of weeks ago I was looking for someone to paint the exterior of my home before the weather changed. I checked about four painting companies to give me a bid. Emmanuel Lagunas of Lagunasâ s LLC, was the first to give me a call and asked if he could come over later that day. He was very knowledgeable and professional and gave me a bid that day. Because this was the first bid, and I was on a limited budget, I waited to see what the other companiesâ bids would be. Some bids were a little higher, one was shady and a couple were way beyond my budget. Manny Lagunas gave me a fair bid, offered creative ideas on slight color changes, and gave me an idea of when he could begin. The weather didnâ t cooperate but the job was finished on time. His employees were courteous, diligent and did a good job of painting and clean up. Manny answered my myriad of questions and concerns with clear explanations of what to expect.
