Description of Work: A Century 21 Real Estate Agent named Deb called and scheduled a showing at our home the afternoon of July 25th. After getting my home prepared and leaving my home for the 2 hour window of when the showing was to take place, I returned to find that the agent failed to arrive. I called and inquired if they were running late and this agent was very flippant in her response that her clients didn't like the area. I told her it would have been appreciated if she had given us a courtesy call so it didn't put us out all afternoon. She was very unprofessional in her response stating, "Well, sometimes it doesn't work out that way." Then she laughed and hung up on me. I hope if anyone has any desire to seek a Century 21 agent that the first name is not DEB from Meridian, Idaho!!!!
