I was very pleased with his assessment of damages and his presentation with pictures so I was completely aware of the situation. Then he gave me his suggestions for the fix and the cost. After he and crew tore off the roof and re-did it, he took more pictures showing exactly what was done. Very professional! Very prompt!

After installing the gutter, they needed a place for the water from the spout to be deposited. They had to remove the sod, dig a channel for pipe across the very small yard of our townhouse, dig a hole for water deposit. We didn't want the new gutter to dump water at the bottom of the spout because it is near the window well with possibility of flooding basement. Rudy checked as 2 men were working and even helped. The project was a quality job as well as finished ahead of the scheduled deadline. Because the water is transported under the sod we have no worry about a flooded basement. Great job , Rudy!

We called Rudy on Friday May 22. He said he would come to our house on Saturday to see what repairs were needed. He showed up on time (we live in the country so he called and had us meet him to show him where we live). He climbed on the roof, took pictures and told us what need to be done. He said he would be back on the next day to fix the roof because rain was expected through the weekend. So Sunday morning, he and his helper arrived, repaired the roof, matching the shingles. He also put new tin around the exhaust pipes. He then took pictures of the repairs so that we could see what he had done. Besides being Sunday, this was also Memorial Day Weekend. Rudy went above and beyond, he was prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced considering the circumstances. We would highly recommend him and will call him again.

He put many new shakes on my roof, but less than he indicated originally. They nailed down most of the shakes that were curling, some of which I felt he was going to replace. All was completed on the house, and as far as I can see, they only missed one on the garage. Still, I would hire them again.
