This was the second time my fiancé and I have worked with Tyler and his team. They truly are amazing. To make a long story short, basically EVERYTHING that could go wrong with our home selling & buying process this time around DID go wrong. Tyler and his team still managed to make everything on the mortgage end go smoothly. They really do make the process as simple and painless as possible. If you're looking for a mortgage, I would definitely give them a call!

People, there’s a reason that Tyler’s page has five out of five stars with over 400 views! I did extensive research into local banks and loan offices. He Is the obvious choice because he saves you a nice chunk of money; he has some of the lowest prices in town on loans and fees! But that is not just it, He is beyond helpful. I was one of the new homeowners that wanted to be highly informed on all of my decisions. There’s many different types of loans out there for new homeowners. My wife and I are first time home buyers and I CANNOT stress enough the importance of working with a quality mortgage broker. This company, from top to bottom, is hands down the best in town! From the start, our real estate agent referred us to them and within minutes of our inquiry, they responded quickly and professionally. Working with their staff, they gave us a quick rundown of everything we needed to get the process started. In our case, we found our dream home fairly quick and were worried about the mortgage process slowing us down and possibly delaying or outright ending our purchase. NO JOKE, this team went to work for US on a Friday night, we got them all the relevant information on Saturday, and by Sunday morning, returned us Pre-Approval letters ---and there was no scam or pushy technique, they delivered EVERYTHING we wanted and didn’t pressure us into anything else. Every email and phone call with questions was answered faster than I ever thought possible. They sent us weekly reminders and twice weekly updates to ENSURE our transaction was on OUR schedule. When we were in the process of buying, Tyler’s team game us a complete listing of everything they needed from us up front—there was no “back and forth” with additional requests for documentation. They promised an on time, under budget, no surprises closing…and that’s what they gave us! Even when the sellers dropped a last minute bomb, Tyler and team quickly handled it. And we STILL closed on time and under budget, and they were completely candid with us through the entire process. We couldn’t have been happier or had a better experience. Tyler and his team were fantastic! My wife and I were 1st time home buyers and the first house we were perusing fell through (appraised too low) but Tyler and the gang didn't give up on us! With the weekly e-mails to see how thing were going to the VERY quick responces to questions it was a 10 star experience! When it came time to close on our house they were able to do it in 38 days (unheard of!)!! I hope to never move again but if I do I know that we will be using Tyler again!
