I had a great first time home buying experience with the Tyler Osby Team. They were there from start to finish and have followed up with every promise made to make everything as comfortable as it could go.

I cannot say enough about Tyler and his team. He was truly a professional. He stayed in constant contact with me and there realy were no surprises. Everything went very smoothly and I was able to close on time!

Tyler and his team did a fantastic job helping me to buy my first home. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and fast! He was quick to respond, easy to work and communicate with, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Tyler thought of everything and made sure that everything was covered before sending my loan to the underwriters. This ensured that we closed ?on time? and with ?no surprises.? Our experience with the mortgage lending process was really fantastic. Tyler and his team were on top of everything from the first meeting. They were very up front with how they did business. Everything they said they would they would do, they did. All options were explained when it came to our loan and mortgage insurance. One of the best things was that they explained how we could save almost $6000 by paying our mortgage insurance up front instead of over the first 9-10 years of the loan. We took that option and were thrilled to save that money. We never waited more than a couple of hours for responses to questions we had through email. The weekly updates on where things were with the process were extremely helpful and alleviated any potential anxiety. This team was thorough, knowledgeable, straight-forward, and most importantly, very honest. I strongly recommend this team for any home-buying experience.

It went great. Tyler and his team helped with my 'divorce' new home purchase. He helped to make the transition from owning my previous home with my former spouse to owning my new home all on my own a pretty easy and painless process. He and his team knew exactly what to do and how to do it and I am very happy.

I was terrified by the whole home buying process - so much so that I’d avoided it for over 5 years. Then, a friend of mine recommended Tyler’s team and things started changing. I actually went to speak with Tyler before I ever contacted a real estate agent. He took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain all of my options until I really felt comfortable with moving forward. Things went very smoothly. It was a smooth transition from beginning to end, with Tyler keeping both us and our Relator informed throughout the process. He was able to help us lock in the best rate we could and was upfront about any fees and taxes we would be paying by giving us a good faith estimate, which he was willing and able to update once we made a final decision on a home. Tyler was very organized and had everything ready to go and in order for our closing date. I don't remember his exact fee, but it was very reasonable compared to the fees of area banks and mortgage professionals.

Tylers team is THE most organized and detail oriented group I have EVER worked with at ANY business...not just the mortgage industry. He knows his industry inside and out and has the details, processes and paperwork mastered to the point where my loans all closed on time (if not early), without any delays or issues and in one case I even paid hundreds less than his original estimate. Tyler and his team not only helped us understand the process; they made it a very smooth process with no hiccups along the way. When we made an offer on our home the sellers countered to move our closing date up; this meant that Tyler and his team had to close on our house in less than 30 days. Tyler and his team met the deadline no problem! We closed on time and were able to get into our home as scheduled. We received weekly updates from Tyler and his team on where we were at in the process. Tyler and his team were wonderful to work with and would recommend them to family, friends, and others alike. Tyler and his team were fantastic through the mortgage process. Tyler explained everything and returned all of my calls and emails promptly. My partner and I had extenuating circumstances in the sense that we were moving to a new city and needed financing in place quickly. He was able to put together a competitive package with a limited timeline, explained everything in detail and was on top of all aspects of the financing. This was one of my few experiences with financing where I did not worry about an unforeseen hurdle popping up, I always felt Tyler had things under control and communicated when additional information was needed. The Tyler Osby Team were great to talk to, deal with, communicate with... etc all the things that other people have said about them. You would naturally come to expect this type of customer service from a lending company. They will sit you down and breeze through the contract and look at the numbers and give you the shabang sales pitch. Upon further shopping around and and investigation we noticed they were charging a really high amount for their originator fee, underwriting fee, and other junk fees that you wont get elsewhere. The rates were "competative" but no different than any other rate I could have gotten somewhere else. They are really nice people, just make sure you do your shopping around before you get sucked into the "sure thing" and wind up paying outrageous fees on top of of your closing costs, downpayment, and other fees associated with buying a house and moving.

Working with Tyler was stress-free and easy. It was nice to go through the process knowing we were in great hands.
