Tyler and his team have customer service MASTERED!!! I have dealt with brokers in the past who were very inattentive and made all kinds of excuses about delays in returning phone calls and emails. Tyler will NEVER LEAVE YOU HANGING!! You will always get prompt responses to your questions and in terms you can understand. I was a basket case throughout the time we were working on our deal due to a short time frame and Tyler's team kept me in the know and as calm as I could be! They know what they are doing and will keep your best interests as their first priority. Tyler and his team are miracle workers!!! Tyler was very helpful during the whole process. We met with him before we had even decided on what house to offer on and he helped us set expectations and understand the current market. Tyler Osby and his team did an outstanding job helping us through the whole process of buying a new home. They first helped us get pre-approved so that we knew with confidence that when we put in offer in we would be able to follow through. After we found the house we wanted, they were quick to get us a letter to provide when we put our offer in that shows we are pre-approved to purchase the house. Lastly, during the closing process they are very proactive in getting all the requirements so that once it hits the underwriters, they will have everything they need to get you approved. Tyler and his team also send weekly updates to let you know where you are in the process and what is left to be done. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will always be referring my friends and family to the Tyler Osby Team from now on. Very great group, all exceptionally professional.

I bought my first house with Tyler and his team. It was such a great and easy experience. Tyler seems almost always available by email... I've even received responses at 11 PM at night! The level of customer service provided by their team is almost unheard of under today's standards. I loved how they gave me weekly emails updating me on the status of my loan prior to closing. Prior to buying my first place I had been told mostly horror stories by friends and family of all the bad things that can happen up to and including closing. Tyle and his team made it seamless. I got all the documents a few days in advance, as promised. So I felt totally prepared for everything that happened at closing. I would hands down recommend Tyler and his team for anyone looking to finance a house!

The Tyler Osby team is a very well oiled machine. You can call, email or stop in the office and anyone of the team members will be able to help you. There were no hiccups along the way and Tyler kept us up to date as the closing proceeded.

We had such a great experience with Tyler! This is my third mortgage but first home mortgage (the other two were condos), so I have been through this before and can really speak to the difference working with Tyler made. I have had mortgages with Wells Fargo and with a smaller local bank but none of them provided the support and information that we received working with Tyler. He helped every step of the way, reviewed with us in person, responded quickly to emails and phone calls and answered every question no matter how ridiculous. Once we found a house and put it under contract the transparency of what was needed, what steps were coming up and what steps were complete helped me feel confidant that we would close with no problems. I would highly recommend Tyler and his team to anyone in Des Moines looking to buy or refinance a home.

I can honestly say I do not think I would be in my home today if it were not for Tyler and his team. Prior to looking for my first house, I did some research online regarding the home-buying process. I became very overwhelmed and decided to seek out a realtor's help. I was fortunate enough to meet two fantastic realtors who told me about Tyler and his team! I had been working with a different lender that struggled with communicating what we were doing. It was very frustrating and stressful! Therefore, I completed the survey for Tyler and set up a time to talk about my different options. After that phone call, it was like a weight has been lifted and I knew this was who I needed to be working with. Tyler and his team sent out weekly updates showing what needs to be done, what needs to be sent in or completed, when documents were being submitted and when news was expected back. His updates were easy to understand and very helpful so I had a timeline to refer to. He was always available to answer any and all of my questions. Even the silly little questions that I felt bad for asking, he quickly responded and reassured me that it is okay to ask questions or share concerns whenever I had them. He made the whole process quick, clear, and stress-free! What I appreciate most was when there was a hiccup a few days before my closing date, Tyler was very upfront and direct. He told me exactly what was going on and immediately gave me different options fix it. Tyler and his team worked very hard and fought for me to close on time. During that week, they made sure to communicate any and all updates and made sure I was aware of what was happening. Because of them, I was able to close on time and everything turned out exactly how it was supposed to. I can not say enough good things about Tyler and his team. All I can say is if you are looking for the best, give Tyler and his team a call!

It went awesome, like we expected. Tyler has some creative solutions to working around the mortgage world. He was generous with his advice and experience and we benefited from it. We contacted him after hours, on the weekend, in panic mode, and he was responsive and helpful. He was a calming voice in an otherwise crazy time for us. Thank you Tyler Osby Team for all of your help with our loan for our first home purchase. We got to work with them on 2 houses actually because the first house the seller backed out 2 days before closing so the search started all over. It was nice that we had already given Tyler all of our financial documents the first time around because everything was still in their system and it made the house we actually closed on super easy. Tyler and his team are the BEST! I especially worked closely with Rachel and Tyler. They are super fast responding to calls and emails. Working with a smaller company rather than a large one like Wells Fargo was a much better experience. We got estimates from both Tyler and Wells Fargo and ultimately chose Tyler Osby Team. We were very glad we did. Closing went very smoothly. It was actually surprisingly easy to buy a house! They kept us informed of the process along the way and would send weekly update emails to everyone involved so we were all on the same page. We will refer all of our friends to Tyler Osby Team. Tyler and his team did a great job in getting us approved and guiding us through the process. They sent out weekly emails that updated us on the status of our loan. When (seller-created) issues popped up, he had a plan of action and worked to keep things on track and moving towards closing. He did a great job of protecting our interests and making sure we had what we needed. I would recommend Tyler and his team with no hesitation.

My wife and I were looking for our first home after moving back to Iowa from Virginia. Our realtor suggested Tyler and the Osby team and it was the best advice we got. As a haggler, I expected the financial part of the transaction to be the hardest but Tyler took time to answer all of our questions, explain multiple ways to do our mortgage and PMI and genuinely cared about what we wanted. My wife and I both have busy jobs but Tyler and team were available anytime, often exchanging emails as needed late at night allowing us to do most of the paperwork electronically so we wouldn't have to take off work. He got us the best mortgage that fit our needs and closing was the smoothest part of our home buying experience. You can't get better service than team Osby and with personal touches like sending us a baby gift when he found out we were pregnant, they are many steps above their competition.
