The Tyler Osby Team made our homebuying process as pain-free as possible. In our initial visit, Tyler sat down and talked with us and provided a unique mortgage solution that was a good fit for how we live our life financially. After that meeting, we were given weekly updates by the team that helped us keep track of our process. On several occasions, we emailed questions to Tyler at night - totally not expecting a response until the next business day - but got a reply back within 3 minutes. Tyler and his team were great to work with. Throughout the home loan process they kept us updated on the progress of each step along the way to closing day. Every Friday Tyler's team would send out an email of important action items for the week and it really made sure that all of the necessary documents were to the correct parties on time. The Tyler Osby team is wonderful to work with when buying a home. This was our first home so we had no idea what we were doing and they held our hand through the entire process. They also work around the clock, so they are definitely a great option for people who have an 8 to 5 job and require assistance during non business hours. We highly recommend the Tyler Osby team. We could not have had a more efficient lender with excellent communication. We ran into some big issues with our seller and their listing agent communicating. Tyler helped us get it closed on time (the day before we were unsure if it would get pushed back, but they made it happen).
