Rodger showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the repair for the fee that I was quoted. We noticed that when the refrigerator was delivered it was not level. So that was partially the problem. So Rodger leveled the refrigerator and we no longer have any door or any other issues. So kudos to Rodger and his company. He will definitely be recommended and kept in mind for any other repairs.

Replaced the heating element in my 60s built in oven. Would have been impossible to replace the oven. Thrilled they were able to find the replacement.

Very honest. Unknown at time of call, it was an easy repair (dryer sheet got tangled in the washing machine agitator mechanics. Removed and charged for the service call. He could have told me something needed replaced and charged me a lot more. I appreciated him being on-time and being honest. Will definitely use again the next time I have an appliance issue. Highly recommend.

Roger is our go-to repair guy. He has great work ethics, is honest, and always friendly. His prices are fair and he does honest work without adding unneeded parts just to get more $$$. He is always on time and calls before showing up. His wife does all the scheduling and forwards all information given by customer to him. Great communication. Roger has also fixed our Samsung Fridge/ Freezer. He explained what he did while working. no surprises.
