I was very satisfied with the prompt service, the professionalism, the knowledge and the friendliness of Roger. He explained what he was doing and did a quality job! The only reason for the 4.5 stars on the value is I think everything is too expensive these days. But, would definitely recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

From the 1st phone call thru end of service - courteous, prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, local - everything you want but rarely find anymore in a service company.

Rodger is good, old fashioned and reliable. We experienced frost buildup on our upright freezer. He came on time, reviewed the situation, and quoted a price to replace the seal. That was a projected high expense, and he suggested realigning the door and adjusting the hinge clearance. After performing those fixes, it was nearly as good as new. He suggested observing performance, and guaranteed his work for 90 days - stating that if we were decide to replace the seal in that time frame, the price of this service call would be deducted from the future bill. We have hired other local appliance repair companies in the past, and those individuals tended to provide overly expensive cures, without offering less expensive options. QC Appliance Repair is highly recommended.

Roger was very knowledgeable and fixed my dryer very fast and even explained to me what to look for if the dryer should quit working again! He made an appointment and even called ahead to say he was on his way. Actually showed up a little earlier than appt.
