All work was done as promised and in a timely, professional manner. Several challenges arose in this 100+ year old house, and the contractor devised creative solutions that minimized any visible alterations but maximized efficiency in air movement. At one point, there were 5 guys analyzing one part of the system to determine the best approach. Yet I thought the cost was reasonable in view of the size and scope of the project, and right in line with what was anticipated up front. The work was minimally disruptive to the household, and they cleaned up completely when the job was done. The were even able to work in a few "by-the-way-since-you're-here" projects (replace a toilet, remove old boiler fixtures, etc) The results were even better than I thought possible. The new system works perfectly to provide even heat with quiet operation (I followed their recommendation to use a variable speed blower) and fast response to changes in thermostat settings. I've already seen a drop in my heating bills, yet the house feels warmer than it ever has. My only regret is that I didn't do the project sooner. I would certainly use this contractor again.
