Description of Work: We had a leak in our roof. Raul was very busy but swung by our house before the end of the day to investigate our problem. He immediately identified the leak and fixed it within 10 minutes. No more leaks. I tried to tip him, but he wouldn’t take it. He wanted to make sure that he had fixed the leak before he took any money. So far so good!
