I had leaks in three 3 1/2 gallon toilets and sink faucets in my bathrooms for a long time. I was not happy with any plumbers sent by AHS and requested for another. It turned out that Patrick at Carolina Plumbers was also the installer for my dishwasher purchased at Lowes. I know his professional work and I decided to replace all my fixtures and toilets with new ones by Patrick. Not only was Patrick prompt, courteous and professional, he also replaced everything by himself in one day. Patrick also resolved my headache with a sink with no shut off valve and reversed hot and cold water lines in one bathroom. He is a skilled plumber who works on mainland time - he's responsive; you won't ever have to wait weeks for a quote, a call back or never at all. The old 3 1/2 gallon toilets are very heavy but because he's in shape, he was able to lift them down from the second story in my house. I doubt an over-weight plumber without an additional helper (and a lot more money) would be able to accomplish what he did today. Patrick is very reasonable with pricing and he's reliable. I will definitely ask him to help with my renovation in the future. My cost is partially from Lowe's 40% off installation offer and Patrick is Lowe's preferred installer.

On Sunday evening, I called American Home Shield about a kitchen leak. I requested a different plumber than the AHS preferred vendor due to previous bad experience. I was assigned Carolina Plumbers. They promptly called me the next day and said the soonest appointment was on Weds. I asked to be called if there was any cancellation prior to this date. They called me back within an hour and said they had a cancellation and someone could be there today at 5pm. Perfect I told them. The plumber, Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went to his truck where he had a replacement garbage disposal already prepared for the job. He did an excellent job fixing the issue and informed me of a small leak in the faucet and that I should consider having that replaced. I then told him about another plumbing issue and he patiently listened and then took a quick look. I told him the previous plumber said I needed to break open the ceramic tile around my bathtub (a cost in excess of $1K) to repair. Patrick believed there was another solution. I contacted AHS and requested my file for the bathtub be transferred to Carolina Plumbing. Patrick repaired the issue saving met tons of money and unneeded demolition and repair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
