Island Drain & Sewer LLC

I have been working with them on different things for about a month. I did not get a bill for the last toilet installation but the previous service I got was reasonable. They charge by the hour so it could vary and I chose them because they gave me an hourly rate. I like that it is a young company and it started about 3, or 4 years back. The person who came was very efficient and did very good work. The problem here in Honolulu is that it is difficult to get plumbers and electricians; they are very, very busy. So it took me a while to get them to make an appointment, but once I did, they came punctually and did the work very efficiently. So I continued to work with them because it is difficult to find reliable people and their work is reliable, it is just the time frame that is an issue. The work they do is good and I have never had any problems with it later. Once they tell me that they are coming, they come, it is not like I call them and they never show up or take a long time to call me back.
