Contacted me quickly (They got the job - first come first served). Plumber was friendly, courteous, and professional. Contacted me to inform me of a slight delay in arriving to job. Seemed the "office" quoted a higher price than normal (higher than the 3% increase agreed upon for credit card payment).

Call back was quick. Steve was very accommodating working with my work schedule. Keoni and his partner were professional with a twist of family communication, in other words, they were helpful without being condecending. Overall, when I get in a jam, I will be calling the Plumbing Contractor and I'll be sure to recommend them to my family and friends.

Sidney and his crew were excellent. Keoni is the most professional worker; he worked dliligently, was on time and worked all the time with only brief breaks. He was very quiet and respected my disability and tried to work around it. When he left each day, he cleaned up his work area so precisely that I could not find any complaints. If I had some concerns, he would respond right away and try to correct any concerns I had. I have never seen such excellent professional ethics. They called me and the same day came out and finished the installation in about 2hrs. I was very satisfied.

The owner of the company called me immediately and worked around my work schedule that day to have a plumber come out and fix the problem. The plumber he sent was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgable. Because of the difficulty of the problem and him having to arrive close to the end of his day to accomodate my schedule, the plumber happily worked into the evening until he was sure that the problem was fixed. I feel that the plumber and the company itself went well above and beyond what was expected of them. I will never hesitate to call them and highly recommend them to everyone!

Contractor did not disclose an "insepction" fee ($400) until after receiving an invoice. Because of the nature of the problem, I specifically asked if they could inspect the plumbing pipes with a camera. They did not. In the process of "inspecting" the problem, the inspector cut two large holes in the carpet and padding of the apartment to diagnose problem, without my permission. We are now faced with two problems: 1. Actually repairing the initial plumbing problem and 2. responsibility of repairs to the holes made in the carpet. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the service and professionalism this contractor provided. I will not recommend to any of my colleagues in the property management business.
