Sidney and his crew did an outstanding job on our bathroom. There were issues with a sinking slab, problematic exterior plumbing and solar conduit and a generally "out of square" house. They addressed each with competence, ingenuity, and quality workmanship. Worth every penny.

We hired Sidney and his crew to build us an outdoor shower. The design and results of the shower are fantastic, but the next best part of the project was how quickly they completed the work. We have had problems with other contractors not meeting deadlines, showing up late, not returning calls nor communicating well. Sidney and his crew followed through and got it done (and cleaned up their mess when they were done!). I would absolutely hire them again and will recommend them to my friends.

Best experience I have ever had with any remodel project. They remodeled our upstairs bathroom and are going to do our downstairs next. Both Erics who worked on site were fantastic, trustworthy and always on time. In fact, I have insisted they do our downstairs bathroom. He came early to help with our problem. Our water bill was extremely high for the past four months, 4 times our average over the past couple of years. He checked our plumbing inside and out and came to the conclusion that he could not find a leak and we need to pursue a correction or an explanation from the local Board of Water Supply. During his inspection he pointed out potential problems for fixtures and adjusted a couple of others to minimize other potential problems.

Sid is very highly recommended. When I accepted his bid, he performed all of the work in an outstanding manner. His staff even worked on the weekend so as not to prolong the job unnecessarily. He is a man of his word and can be trusted. his company deserves the highest rating possible. He also is easy to talk to and puts his clients at ease, since renovations can be stressful. Can't go wrong with Sid and his staff.

Had a problem with epoxy setting, called contractor and explained what the problem was, he was very professional and had his son come out a nd correct it. Very pleased with customer /contractor communication

Replaced 8 angle valves, hot/cold laundry hoses, two pop-up drains, bath room and kitchen fixtures. Overall job was well done. His staff (Jose) did a great job especially when returning a second time to fix a leak that developed later. Although not all personal interactions went smoothly, Sidney Lagaretta was reasonable and man to his word. Unfortunately a slow leak and poor water flow developed gradually and was discovered several days later on one of the fixtures they had worked on. Informed Sidney Lagaretta of these problems that had developed. He complained why i had reported the problems a few days later. Explained to Sidney this was a slow leak that i had only spotted the puddles of water upon checking a few days later. Sidney was amicable on sending his staff (Jose) to fix the leak that developed and install fixtures that i had bought new from local hardware store to replace the older fixtures that may have got partially clogged/damaged due to work they did. In addition, i did mention to Sidney that one of his two staff on-site had gone to work on another location and the hours charged on my invoice did not reflect this. He amicable agreed to lower the charge accordingly to a fair amount i had asked. Overall charges were higher than what i had initially anticipated but considering that they had fixed all the plumbing work asked, i am more than satisfied with job done and would recommend them.
