Gary covered all options after inspecting our washer. He explained and provided all info on parts, labor, and maintenance to protect our equipment. He advised me to follow up, and question parts of our warranty that wasn't listed in order to save us some money. I did what he said, and they will honor the 10 year direct drive motor guarantee. Having my equipment regitered provided a quick answer, and now our repair will be covered at no extra cost. If you need professional service and repairs for your appliances.
