He answered all questions, explained procedures, and was flexible in his estimate of the work to be done. He worked hard and I am very satisfied he solved our flying squirrel issue by "sealing" the roof-line.

He went to the property, assessed the problem and provided a work order and estimate. I explained I would be away for a few days, but he kept in touch as the work progressed. Upon return I noticed an area and asked if he’d check it out. He came back and addressed my concern and more. I would definitely recommend John and Nature’s Balance for your critter issues.

Had a great experience with this company. Having a Bat in your attic is very scary! An estimate within 24 hrs. on a Sat. All services completed on a Sun. I am Bat Free by The Bat Man! John 🤣 Funny! My house is now completely Pest and Critter proofed for life. My neighbors as well as myself have had to have this work done before by other companys. Left with ugly rusty wire and screws all over every attic vent. John assured me he would leave me with a Pest and Critter Free Guaranteed home without taking away from the cosmetic appearance of my home. And that he did! I am very satisfied with the work! I have so many good things to say about Nature’s Balance. I needed their help because I had a mouse, rat, and chipmunk problem that no amount of traps and poison seemed to get rid of. First of all, Nature’s Balance did a much better evaluation of my problems (finding areas of concern that definitely needed to be addressed but that other companies did not see or tell me about at all). The plan of attack for my problem was explained clearly and seemed very well reasoned. Once given the go ahead the work was done professionally and promptly and for a very reasonable price. Again I highly recommend Nature’s Balance!

This guy does all his own work. He came out very quickly, one other company I talked to couldn't come out for 5 days! I had a rodent in my attic, I didn't want to wait around. Nature's Balance came the very next day. I got 2 other services to give me estimates. Both of them were nearly twice as much for the exact same work. Plus, this company offers a lifetime guarantee against pests. The other 2 both offered limited guarantees with an additional cost to renew.
