$179 Roof Maintenance and Leak Repair Last year a Gutter Cleaner recommended having some minor fixes to my roof. It took me some time for me to make that happen and recently I bought this service from Angies list. They came to my home and inspected everything in 10 min and just said my roof is good for another 10 year and they were gone. Before buying I am not aware that there are good gutter companies who take care of minor roof repairs too along with gutter cleaning. This service was just a roof visual inspection for 179$ nothing else. Today (09/04/13) I just had my gutters cleaned and before they started cleaning gutters they did visual inspection and the gentleman complained (similar recommendations that I had from last year) that I have to replace 4 ridge caps as well as well as one shingle repaired and 3 shingles to be replaced. They provided me all pictures and want me to double check with some other roof company. So please be aware when buying services. Don?t know what else I have to write here.

Dynamic Installations was a great company to work with right from the start. They immediately scheduled my appointment and gave me a call 30 minutes before they arrived. They found a leak, which they repaired, and some loose boots, which they glued down. They examined the roof and told me everything else looked good. I was very pleased with the total experience.

Tate handled everything from start to finish for us in a very professional manner. This was a claim against our homeowners policy due to hail damage. Tate took control and handled everything with our insurance adjustor which made the process pain free for myself and my wife. Which was great as I was working out of town at the time the work was done. He was very precise in explaining the different products on the market and through his explanations it made me feel comfortable with my decision as to what shingle to use. He also upgraded (at no cost) to 30 lb. felt paper and agreed to putting in 6 nails per shingle instead of the normal 5 nails per shingle upon my request. Tate and his crew were always prompt and on time from beginning to end and the new roof looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs professional roofing done on their home.

We called Dynamic from an internet ad to fix a broken window in our living room. Wind had blown a loose post into it. We asked about insulating the attic in our garage turned into living area. We had them install installation our entire attic. We were so pleased with the professionalism and quality of work, we asked about our basement doors. They needed to be replaced and the threshhold below the doors had to be replaced. Again quick service, professionalism from Tate and the workers involved, the actual work they performed, were so excellent. I am serious, we have never worked with a group like this. While there, they checked out our roof and the roof of our rental home next door. Our roof had been replaced and was still in good condition. However, the rental home had extensive roof damage from the hail and storms that went through our area. We are so thankful they discovered it. We would not have known until it started leaking. They helped us file report to insurance company and our insurance paid for the entire job. We can't say enough about how rewarding that internet ad turned out. We highly recommend this company.
