+ -1 moreIt was fantastic. We’re very pleased with them. They stayed in touch with me. They were here until 7 or 9 o’clock at night working on it to make sure they could get it up running. I’m very happy with the follow up service and their knowledge for installation of service. I had them back out to replace my second unit. I’ve been equally happy with it. There was no cost to fix the unit that they installed. They replaced it because of warranty. They replaced all the components that they needed to. They replaced one component twice and none of it cost me. The check up included the installation. The only thing I paid for was the central heating air system. I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Earlier this year, I purchased a central air system from them. I got two different air systems in my house. I bought one and replaced it. September of this year, I started having problems with it. It wouldn’t blow cool air. It would blow hot air. They came out and worked on it. Last time they were here, they did two things. They serviced the main unit at no cost and they installed the new unit.
