Description of Work: Tune up for HVAC. Initially during cold snap thought heater not working properly was willing to come out as emergency even though snowstorm was coming. Also promptly followed up to schedule appt when weather cleared up. Was right on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Heat unit needed a part but I didnt have money at time for cost was willing to extend courtesy of payment plan and do work then instead of rescheduling. Would recommend and use again for future HVAC needs.

Description of Work: I purchased a $39 Big Deal for a furnace, a/c or heat pump tune-up. They looked at the furnace. They replaced a part on the furnace so there were additional fees. They were excellent all around. I was very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: I asked for a quote on replacing our heating and AC zone. After inspecting the system Robbie Wiley said he would not replace the system and recommended a cleaning he does not even provide. I did not think there were any people left in the world that were this professional and honest. I will call on them when I need work done in the future especially since my current provider has been trying to get me to replace the system for the last two years.
