We recently purchased a modular home which came with Mitsubishi Electric A/C in it. On July 3, the circuit board on the unit went out. We contacted a local A/C repair company to order the part and repair since you must be authorized and certified by Mitsubishi to service their A/Cs or order parts. After the part was ordered and the company was told 2-5 days for delivery, we contacted Mitsubishi ourselves to see if we could get faster shipping as we are in Texas in triple digit heat now for 4 days. We were told by Mitsubishi that there was nothing they could do and that they couldn’t even track the package for us. They said that their department does not handle that. This went on for a few days and then finally gave me to the Customer Relations department. So who are the people answering the phone if not customer relations? It was listed as the customer service phone number. Anyway, customer relations just confirmed that the part was ordered from them and could’ve been sent overnight, but informed us that they could not help us. We should call the A/C repair company. I guess customer relations means “nothing related to customers”!
