It went beautifully! My piano has not been tuned this well in years. I have a critical ear and so does Terry! I can hear resonance in the strings if a piano is not tuned correctly - Terry is a perfectionist and I appreciate this aspect.

Terry did a great job. He showed up right on time and he had the piano tuned in just one hour. He also sanded the hammers at no additional charge. The piano sounds great and I look forward to using Terry's services annually.

He got off to a great start when he called to say he would be 5 minutes late (how many people would do that for just a few minutes?) and then showed up only 5 minutes late. Terry is VERY professional, personable, and extremely competent. He uses the latest technology supplemented by his trained ear to do the tuning; results are fantastic. He also took his time, instructed me on how to remove panels, etc., which was above and beyond on customer service. You can tell that he is very dedicated to his work and takes great pride in doing as perfect a job as possible. He took great care to not damage anything on the piano and left it in far better shape than when he found it. We're so pleased with someone that exceeded our expectations and have found a new, long term piano tuner. Great job, Terry!

Terry was a little bit late showing up, but he called ahead of time to let me know AND he discounted the price in addition to the Angie's List discount. He did a great job of tuning the piano, even though it had apparently been a LONG time since it was tuned. He also told me about the piano we obtained, invited me to watch the process, and said that he would return in a month to do a follow-up at no extra charge! I was amazed with the level of service for the price. I could not recommend him more highly.

We were very satisfied with his work and the time he spent making sure the piano was tuned accurately. The price he quoted over the phone was the price he charged. Would definitely use him again in the future.

Terry was great. He showed up right on time, he was very friendly and professional, and he did a thorough job tuning my piano. He also addressed all of the problem areas I pointed out to him - as well as a few that he found himself. He even went so far as to take the time to explain to my 7-year old how our piano works and how he tuned it, and let her take some pictures while the lid was open so she could share what she learned with her class. I will definitely call Terry in the future for all of my piano tuning needs!

There really is not much to say other than he arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. During our small talk, he stated that he loves what he does for a living. I can attest that it shows he loves his job, because he took his time and made sure my piano was tuned accurately. I have told my neighbors and friends about him.

Mr. Spahr was very prompt in getting me on his schedule. I was very impressed that he was willing to drive to the other side of the Atlanta area to tune an repair my piano. He not only did the work but also checked the whole piano for any other problems that might have been a result from the botched move. He was very pleasant and professional. I will definately call him again when needed.

I spent about $200 on that service. It was functional and wasn’t as accurate as I would have wanted it to be, but for the money it was probably a good deal. I thought that the price was good.

Terry is the owner of the company. He is very meticulous, very professional, and very pleasant. He did a good job and my piano sounds good.
