Terry's Precision Piano Tuning

Terry worked longer than expected to insure that my piano would better stay in tune and he throughly cleaned out my piano as well. His mechanical work was included and was superb. I was very pleased with the service and I will have him tune my piano again in the future.

Terry did an excellent job from start to finish! The appointment times he offered me accommodated my schedule and he arrived on time without any problem. His process was thorough as well as educational offering explanations behind what he was doing and why. Because of his great service, I have a piano that is in concert pitch and is more enjoyable to play. I would highly recommend Terry to others looking for a piano tuner/repairman and will use him again when needed!

There was one person who came out to do the work. It took several hours to do the work because it was a really old piano and it was out of tune. He had to tune it, tune it again, tune it again, when you get the strings tight it loosens the others. He would do it 8 times just to make sure it was exactly right.

Terry was early and demonstrated skill and offered tips to maintain and enhance my used pianos sound and appearance.

Terry was prompt, professional, proficient, and friendly! I highly recommend him! We will continue to engage Terry to keep our piano tuned. :-)

Perfectly. Terry showed up on time, explained exactly what he was doing and explained things about our piano we didn't know. Took a little under two hours. I don't play but my wife does and she says she can easily tell that it is perfect now.

Terry was prompt and completed the repairs and tuning prior to the concert. Terry was great! He corrected the action repaired the problem notes and got the piano in shape for the concert. He was very professional and personable. Also the cost was very reasonable.

He did a good job. He did not charge any additional fees. He did have to come back because he didn't get one of my notes fixed. He did not charge me when he came back.
