Description of Work: He tuned my piano and kept the appointment on the day it snowed in Atlanta. I was 3 hours late getting home and he was waiting on me. Once inside he did an excellent job and did not rush through it. Later when I thought one key was not working, he came back out and did not charge me.

Description of Work: I needed a second piano. Terry came with me to evaluate pianos for a purchase. After spending half a day looking at pianos, he tuned my home piano, fixed my music holder and fixed my pedal. He was courteous and informative the entire day. My piano now sounds great. When I asked his fee, I was amazed at the price. I gave him more than what he asked for, and still got off easy. Thank you Angie's list for steering Terry in my direction!
