I felt he had the skills and tools to get the job done. He explained what needed to be done. As he worked he answered all questions. Pete has a great attitude and work ethic. He stayed in touch until he knew the job was done the way he said it would be done.

Pete the Plumber and his son Chris kept in contact with me so that they could come out and do the job as soon as possible, but also when it was convenient for me (after work). They came out and wasted no time getting to work and worked with me every step of the way, telling me what they were doing and why, and to ensure it stayed within my budget. These guys are old-school-pros and I will choose them over any of the bigger companies any day of the week. When I say he's honest, I mean it. I had multiple plumbers tell me that my pipes needed replaced, but Pete has been around long enough to know if something can be fixed with some effort, instead of replaced to make it easier. He could have come and charged me thousands for a job I didn't need, but instead put in the elbow grease, fixed the problem, and then stood behind his great work with a great warranty. As a millennial, having someone from the olde guard come and do the job right, fast, all while have the personality of grandpa who can fix anything, is a great feeling and gave me a lot of confidence in their workmanship. Pete and Chris are my guys from now on. They're new to some of this technology, so don't let a lesser number of reviews deter you - these are the men for the job.

I am very please with the superb service I received. Pete service is super personable, proficient and professional. From the very first moment I spoke with Mr. Pete, I realized that I was in good hands. He was able to diagnose my issue over the phone. Upon arrival he discussed his plan/price and asked for my input, prior to putting in my water heater. Once we had agreed, he obtained my signature and got straight to it. He even spoke with my home warranty office, to insure I would receive the full amount for my claim. Once completed he explained how to use my new water heater in simple terms and let me know that he was just a phone call away if I needed assistance. I will definitely use his services again.
