My dryer went out in May and I called the repair service number from BrandsMart where I purchased the machine. I was given a work order number and told to call this company along with their phone number. When I called, the person who answered spoke in a very unprofessional way. He told me someone would come out three days later. He then called back 2 hours later stated he was returning a call to this number. I reminded him that I had already spoke to him and that he stated I was scheduled for a repair visit. On the day scheduled no one showed. I did not receive a call or a reschedule. The next day I had to call them and I was told someone would come out that day. After calling me back and rescheduling for later in the day, the technician came and spent 5 mins looking at the outside of the machine. I told him it wasn't drying and he said "It's probably the heating coil". He didn't actually check the machine. He then said he didn't have the part and would have to order it, stating it would take 3-5 days to receive. Two weeks later, I had to call them to check on the progress of the part and when someone will come to fix the dryer. They said they had "just got the part in" and scheduled me for a Saturday time slot of between 3pm and 7pm. On Saturday Two minutes before 7pm they called stating the technician was in Acworth and would not get to my location until 8pm. This was late but I needed this issue fixed so I said ok. Then at 8:30 I was called again and told that he could not get here until after 9pm. By 9 o'clock I received another call stating it would be around 9:45 which was extremely late and I could not continue to wait at all hours of the night. I told them that was too late and that he would have to come the next day. They scheduled me for a 5pm-7pm window the following day, and no one ever showed. I received a missed call from them around noon and called back 20 mins later. The person on the phone said that they tried to schedule me earlier but because no one answered the technician was no longer in my area. Mind you I was expecting them to come after 5pm, which again they never did even though this was my original window for that day. When I called to ask why no one showed I was told that because I missed the call and returned it "an hour" later, that they didn't come (which was an outright lie it had not been an hour between calls). I was told that someone would come today and I asked what time. He said between 3pm and 7pm because they were "adding" me. I asked him why wasn't I already on the list since I had been missed for the last two days and my repair order was already in the system, and thus should be on the list. He then said "Well, there's no reason to go back and forth, someone will come out today." I asked to speak to a Manager and he said he was a manager. It was the 3rd week of June and my repair was still not completed. When the technician eventually came, he took the machine apart and then said “Oh, there’s nothing wrong with this machine it’s probably the breaker or an electrical issue”. He then left without doing anything else. If he had checked the machine in the beginning, he wouldn’t have wasted my time and left me without a drier for about a month! This company is highly incompetent. The staff are rude and unprofessional, making customer service appalling! The repair windows are at ungodly hours of the night and the service technician does not pay attention to detail when he does show up. I am severely disappointed that I cannot file a more formal complaint with the company though I will seek to inform BrandsMart of this company's horrendous service.

Best electronics is a contractor to a Brandsmart retailer in the Atlanta area for appliance repair. In this case, the retailer assigned Best Electronics to our dryer repair. Best Electronics gives very wide windows for the time in which they would appear, about 4-5 hours. For the three times in a row, the dispatcher literally called us 1 minute for the time on the window expired letting us know that the repair person would either be late or not coming. On the last attempt, the dispatcher literally called us 1.5 hours after the window, at 8:30 p.m., which is unacceptable. The repair is still not completed. Furthermore, the dispatcher was extremely rude to my wife and should try an other line of business that does not require speaking directly with customers. After not showing up three times in a row, the dispatcher told my wife: "Do you think you're the only customer we have." "We can't do anything about traffic." This is just a sampling of the rude treatment we were given. We were very gracious to Best Electronics and rescheduled with them twice, but they could not care less about customer service. I cannot imagine how this company will stay in business much longer if it continues to operate in this manner
