Best company in the Savannah area, and believe me, I've tried them all. I had my AC unit serviced and Charles (the service tech) showed me the before and after photos after the job was completed and the difference was eye-opening. Another benefit of hiring Thompson and Thompson is that before they show up, they send a photo of the tech before they arrive so you know it's a Thompson employee when they come to your door. Great customer service too. You can different, but you can't do better!

Rob, the technician was outstanding ! He went the extra mile by doing research to save me money on replacement stoppers. He was also very helpful by advising me of a contractor that would do a job that was not covered by TNT. I would highly recommend Rob and Thompson & Thompson !

George was very nice and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing, he told me what he was going to do each step of the way. He found the leak and gave me a few options on repairs and financing.

This is a cottage which we rent out when we are not there, so a plumbing problem has to be promptly fixed. I had a grinder pump malfunction in my sewer system and the tank was overflowing, quite a problem. The first plumber I called did not even know where the electrical box for the pump was and showed up with NO TOOLS! So I called T&T, who had earlier worked on this pump. Within less than one day they had analyzed the problem correctly (clogged with items which should not have been flushed), pumped out the tank, and removed, cleaned, and reinstalled the pump. The total bill surprisingly low. Everyone was competent and polite. When I asked whether they had a discount for our rental agency the guy said that he didn't know but he gave me a 10% discount right on the spot. Highly recommended.

It was an emergency and they got someone to my house within 20 minutes. Vinny was wonderful. He explained the problem and he also referred us to another company to help us out. I really appreciate that he stayed for a while after the job was completed to be sure everything was ok.
