Thompson & Thompson gave courteous, professional and prompt service. They were knowledgeable and took care of every detail in cleaning out my dryer vent making sure I understood every aspect.

Felix did an excellent job. He was very courteous, thorough, and professional. He explained things to me in laymen terms and told me everything he was doing. He told me the prices before he did anything so there would be no surprises.

They were on time very clean and polite, clean up after their self when job was finished and the work has a 30-day warranty. That why I did not give all 5's I will after 30 days if all is good.

Each person we dealt with was so professional, knowledgeable and kind. We had an awesome experience, from sales to finished install and we would highly recommend them. It was easy to trust each person involved in our project. They were not content to leave until they were sure that we were completely satisfied and had all our questions answered.

Ben, their service man came out on a Sunday. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. He explained the problem and what needed to be done. He was finished in no time at all. He cleaned up and explained again what he had done. I feel very confident that the job was done well and I can call back for service if there is a problem within 30 days.
