y experience with Ms. Jaynes and her staff was nothing short of a nightmare. I paid the $50.00 application fee and a "reservation fee" equivalent to the advertised monthly rent before we were ever shown the house. I clarified twice that if we didn't like the house when we saw it that we would not sacrifice the reservation fee. Still skeptical of their operation, I recorded our conversation and asked her to again confirm that the ONLY way we would lose our "reservation fee" is if we executed a lease and backed out. The pictures of the house were a complete misrepresentation of the property (there was rotten subflooring, linoleum that was worn to the thread, the appliances were rusted, it reeked of marijuana, etc.) so we informed Ms. Jaynes that we would only move forward if the landlord agreed to certain repairs/replacements and painting the interior. Ms. Jaynes assistant was so floored by the condition of the property during the showing that she apologized multiple times and took photographs of the horrible conditions. The landlord met us about 1/2 way on the requested repairs, so we declined to execute a lease. After we declined to take a different rental that she suggested, Ms. Jaynes has decided we have to pay a $400.00 penalty and refuses to refund our reservation fee as promised. Live in a van down by the river before you trust these shysters.

My wife hired Sago to manage her property shortly after the company started in 2012. We quickly realized the awesome service she received at the previous Management company we used was due to Stacie Jaynes. We have been so happy with the service provided by Sago that I eventually even stopped managing my own property and hired Sago for it as well. Sago currently manages two properties for my family. They are very responsive and I am very satisfied with the service from everyone I have worked with. I think Stacie does a good job of hiring people who share her customer focus. Chris, the maintenance coordinator, does not just take the first quote for a repair if it is above the standard. When I had a major repair needed he went behind service providers and verified their work so when I asked questions about the repair he was able to answer them. After the Hurricane came through in 2016 Sago was proactive in giving customers as much information as they could. Their online tools are user friendly. I highly recommend Sago as a Property Manager.
