You can't tell the tree was ever there. He took care of everything. He fit me in to his schedule. He was able to do the work a day sooner than originally scheduled. With my permission, he did the work while I wasn't home. He's wonderful, I highly recommend him.

My request for a consultation was answered by Chuck within a day, and you could see he knew his business just from listening to him as we walked through the job. His proposal and quote were very fair. On the day of the job, CAT showed up on time and with all the equipment and men needed to perform this large job. At the end of the day, the site - basically my yard - was left cleaned up and neat, as you would expect of professionals. All work was accomplished as described in CAT's proposal. Good communications throughout. By all means talk to several tree service contractors, but make sure you include CAT Tree Service and Chuck Tuscano in the mix. Really, really good folks.

Excellent. Chuck and his crew came out during a nasty rain storm and did an excellent job removing the trees and stumps as well as doing the best they could cleaning up with all the rain . Because of the rain, it was difficult to see all of the residue building up in the road and after it stopped, there was definitely some additional clean up work to be done. I called Chuck the following morning and he and one of his workers came out and not only finished the clean-up, but assisted me in removing some large roots (which were not in the original scope of work) and move a couple wheelbarrows full of residue. His responsiveness and professionalism from the very beginning throughout the entire process validated all the positive reviews I had read. I am overall extremely happy with everything.

It was a very good experience. Everyone was courteous, prompt and carefull, and they did a very professional job. Everything was done right on time , just as scheduled. I would use CAT tree service again and would highly recommend them.

The weather kept us apart for awhile but and quot;Catmanand quot; kept in touch with me by phone , good communication. Finally we got together and wow, was it a great experience. and quot;Catmanand quot; and his crew arrived right on time. Six great guys in all, everyone went right to work, doing their job working in unison. In one hour's time, my tree was gone, along with all the knees, all was cleaned up and done! This was teamwork at it's finest! Could not have been better. Well done guys! Don't hesitate to call this company, they will leave you happy.

On Sunday, February 23rd at about 3:30 pm, my inside kitten fell from a first story window which I had opened. I was unaware that the screen was not secured and when I ran outside, the kitten climbed about 30 feet up the nearest tree. When the kitten wouldn't come down, I contacted the fire department at the suggestion of one of my neighbors, but was told that they don't perform that service. On Monday the kitten had climbed even higher up the tree and I telephoned my veterinarian for advice. She offered some suggestions, all of which I had already tried, to coax the kitten from the tree. By Tuesday, the kitten was still in the tree and I was desperate, since weather forecasters predicted rain for Wednesday. On Tuesday about 10:00 am, I contacted Charles Tuscano at CAT Tree Service because I read a review on another website about his rescue of a cat. Mr. Tuscano agreed to come to my house about 1:00 pm and arrived earlier than scheduled. He asked me to provide him with a backpack for the kitten and then he climbed the tree. He was patient and spoke in a soothing voice to the kitten, but she refused to come to him. Mr. Tuscano continued to climb the tree until he got within arms-length of the kitten and then grabbed her and put her in the backpack. During the time that Mr. Tuscano was in the tree, two of his employees held a full size bed sheet under the kitten, in hopes of catching her if she should jump. I'm so grateful to Mr. Tuscano and his employees for the successful outcome of this ordeal. Based on the professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail of Mr. Tuscano and his employees in rescuing my kitten, I would definitely use his company for tree service.

I called them because I wanted to put a driveway onto a home I just purchased, only there was a horrible tree right in the middle of where the driveway was supposed to go. It was about 40 feet high, and best over so it's top rested on my new neighbor's roof. Why they put up with that I'll never know. There was also a pecan that was dropping stuff on my roof from the other neighbor's yard and two giant crepe myrtles that look like they had not been trimmed since Truman was president. He got the tree out of the neighbor's yard, took care of the crepe myrtles and ground the stumps. He also trimmed with pecan to the satisfaction of both me and my new neighbor. This was done FAST, FAST and well. A+

Cat tree service was very professional and did what they said they would do when they said they could do it. They were very responsive and always returned phone calls. Although my job was relatively small, they treated it as a priority as they understood that we really needed to have the job completed as it had been over a month since the trees initially fell and another tree service started the job. I would definitely recommend this tree service!

Walked our HOA property and submitted written quote for our requested services. He gave us 100% of his time. Did not take one cell call, etc. during the time we were together. Well dressed, well spoken and very attentive to our needs and situation. His Bid will be reviewed and discussed at our monthly Board Meeting on Monday 9/9/13.

Charles, the owner, came out to give us a free estimate. We arranged for his team to come out the next week to cut the trees. They arrived right on time and went straight to work. They were all very nice. The job took most of the morning and they finished right at lunch time. They left the yard completely clean and orderly.

Charles, the owner of CAT Tree service, was prompt with replying to my initial phone call. Came by at a convenient time for us to discuss the yard, was enthusiastic about the project and had good knowledge of the trees and shrubs in our yard. His estimate was very reasonable. Due to a storm, our date of service changed, but Charles kept us updated of when he would be able to do the work. He and his crew (3 extra men) showed up on time. After thinking about future yard renovations, we ended up adding on to the job the day of service. Charles made the time to do all that we asked. The crew was hard working and cleaned up the mess of removals and all trimmings. We will be using them in the future.

They were excellent! Their price was very good. The technicians completed the work professionally and very quickly. The clean up was amazing! I had leaves, branches, and debris all over my yard and I couldn't believe how well they cleaned up my yard so quickly. They did exactly what they said they would do and I was very pleased with them!
