Jay and his team came out to a large project of mine in Milton, Ga. He was prepared and got as much as he could in one day done. He came back the following day and went above and beyond redoing some of the work he did the day before on our Tennis Court. We where getting it ready to sell and a ton of experts told use we needed to paint it. After he cleaned it looked like it was frra shot painted.

Wow! I am blown away by the work 365 Pressure Washing & Gutters did. They communicated in a very timely fashion, and I received a reasonable quote very quickly. They were able to get out here very quickly - my job was completed before some of the other companies even responded back. The team went above and beyond to do an excellent job. My house has never looked better. I will hire them again, and recommend them highly.

The owner, Jamiek Cohen, was initially responsive to my inquiry, was flexible in working with my schedule, arrived to do the work in a timely fashion, and did an excellent job. He cleaned and reinforced my gutters, reworked a downspout so that it would more efficiently dispose of the rain water and installed guards so that the straw and leaves would not continue to bog down the water flow. I felt his charges were very reasonable given the complexity of the work. I kept his phone number in my service contacts for future needs.

Like everyone else here, I really like Jay. He is a Nice Personable Guy and I hate having to write this review... But I must. And here is why. It is about doing what you say you are going to do. I hired Jay on November 9, 2020, to install a new gutter along one side of my house (the old one had fallen off and was beyond repair). It was about 45 feet total... easy straight line. He quoted $800.00. Okay. Then I asked him about fixing a 10-foot section above my Kitchen window that had separated at the seam. Water was running between the gutter and roofline when it rained. He said $950.00. I asked if he would be able to do it for $900.00 as that was all that I could afford. (Come to find out that the average Price for installed Alum. Gutters are $10 - $12 per foot or about $500.00) He said that he would... and that he will have it completed in a day or two. So Far so Good. 2 - 3 days later the gutters were installed and looked pretty solid. A couple of days later we had our first rain. Gutters worked as they are supposed to... HOWEVER, the water was still pouring down outside my kitchen window. The next day I went out to look, actually got up on the roof, and saw that Nothing had been done. I figured that he may have forgotten about that area. I called Jay and left a message for him to call me... I did not hear back from him. The following week I called him again and he answered. I explained who I was and asked him about the repair to that section of the gutter. He said that he did not really remember but would come out the next day and take a look. UPDATE. Jay Finally Came By and Fixed what he said he was going to. Thank You. I have revised my ratings to reflect my overall experience.

Excellent work, prompt and courteous service, friendly and very professional. They were able to complete the work the same day I called. The roof was steep and three stories high in the back, but they cleared the gutters of debris without any difficulty. Afterward, they cleaned away debris that had fallen, and even blew the leaves out of the garage for us. I will hire them again!
