Jamie Cohen is the most conscientious contractor I have ever hired. He was meticulous at performing the scope and quality of the power wash that we agreed to, but he also identified areas that we had not discussed and took care of those without charging me a single penny above his original quote. He also performed this work the very next day after providing the estimate. My recommendation for Jamie and 365 PW & Gutters could not be stronger.
