I was very pleased with how prompt and efficient this company was. Called me right away and came out the very next morning to replace it. Everything rates good except for the quality of the furnace that he installed. It was the lowest grade and I was hoping for mid grade. Everything was great though!

I was very pleased with the overall experience I had with Ridgeway Mechanical. I found out that I had a leak coming in from the service line from the water meter up to the house. Alan talked to me and knew exactly what I would need to resolve my problem. He was very helpful all the way from the estimate all the way through job completion. He indicated that the job would only take a few hours and scheduled a convenient time for the service technician to come and complete the job. I would recommend his services to anyone and will use him again if I need to.

I had my water heater replaced and a leaky copper pipe fixed. Ridgeway had the best price and the workers were polite, courteous and quick. Only one thing, they forgot to turn off my outside water spigot! No big deal. I would recommend them anytime.

Gave me the lowest price. Technician was right on time. Work finished within a reasonable time. Tech didn't have all tools needed and borrowed mine. I had to help him get old heater out of house. Finished job was sloppy with solder splatters on top of unit. Piping not run square and plumb. Spoke with owner after I had sent him these complaints. He came by and corrected all my complaints to my satisfaction..

My problem was more serious that I had expected. The service tech was very helpful and explained what needed to be done in order to take care of the problem at hand. He explained why it was going to cost more money and what he needed to do. I gave him permission to go ahead with the repair. He worked hard and efficiently and had me good to go in about two hours.
