Very professional. Cost more money than I had anticipated, but the work was excellent.

We were pleased with the response time and the willingness to discuss my observation of the problem. At this time it appears that the repairs were made correctly and we have water without leaks.

Called Ridgeway mechanical in a panic as LOWES really let me down with their customer service and installation requirements of a hot water heater... After I paid, a installer came to my house I was then told that the he could not install the appliance... I have no clue why!! I demanded a total refund... Totally upset and frustrated I called Allen and he understood what I was going through and said he could help me. The same day Allen quoted me a reasonable price and 2 hrs later a installer was at my house installing the Hot water heater with no problems!! I appreciated the work that Ridgeway Performed and would defiantly use them again!
