I found Ridgeway Mechanical to be both professional and timely. They arrived at 8:30 pm to replace an old water heater and were complete by 10:30 pm. I would use them again and would definately recommend them based on my experiance..

These guys are the best. I would recommend them every time. They were prompt and did a good job with the repair and showed up exactly on time as they promised. There was a small leak due to an existing pipe that moved during the repair work. This was not obvious unytil we had heavy downpours. The leak caused some damage to drywall and my basement carpet. I sent an email to Servicemagic and the next morning the plumber from Ridgeway was at my house. The owner was in Europe on vacation but coordinated all the repair. They sent specialists to repair the carpet damage, drywall patching and dehumidification. They are truly the best.
