the tech came out on time and give pretty high Est, than I call back to the company and they were willing to match price that other company offered, The Tech name charles did the work for me, he is very hard working person, easy work with. He repipe whole house within two days, but he missed back yard and bar sink pipe, and he came back following monday to finish job.

We highly recommend this contractor. They called immediately to set up an app't to review the job on site, arrived on schedule, provided a detailed estimate that allowed us to do an apples-to-apples comparison, and came prepared to work. The job was finished within 2 hours.

Over all experience was very good. The installer was very good & answered all our question.. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 star is that you charged me $100.00 because it was up-stairs and I had to help take the old one down and the new one up... Just don't feel that was fair and not good PR.....

Got a call from them about 1 minute after entering my request at ServiceMagic - on a Sunday afternoon, no less. Had someone out Monday morning. Job was done neatly and efficiently. Price was exactly what was quoted on the phone. I would definitely use them again for other repairs and installations.
